I’m Roni Hoff, Professional Dog Trainer, President, and founder of Tri-Star K9 Training Academy, LLC. The company opened its doors in December of 2002. Tri-Star was developed to provide a venue with which to share my passion for dogs and animal behavior. I strive to give people the tools to effectively communicate with their dogs. My dog training and puppy training methodology focuses on real-life situations so that the dog can become an integral part of the family. We discover the drives of the individual dog and use that information to help us help our dog understand how to thrive in our world.
There is no cookie-cutter method that works for all dogs. Each dog is treated as an individual. We take into consideration the individual “doganalities” and really try to find their buttons… what motivates them to listen and learn. Puppies, young dogs and even adults must be engaged (paying attention) before their training will be come learned behavior.
